Exchange, Returns, & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality hair extensions that meet your needs. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item or exchange it.
You may return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged or if the original packaging is broken.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without these precautions.
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
All our products are eligible for return for a full refund, given they meet the above conditions.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your return.

A sample shade swatch will be included with your order before fully committing to your new hair extensions. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may submit a Return Request.
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure your item is in its original condition with the safety seal intact.
