Exchange, Returns, & Refunds

Easy Returns at Atelier Extensions

We want you to love your new extensions! If they're not quite what you expected, you have 30 days to exchange or return them. Here’s how it works:

What You Need to Know:

  • Timeframe: You've got 30 days from when you bought your extensions to decide if you want to keep them.
  • Condition: They must not be used, worn, cut, dyed, or styled. The little silver tie seal at the top must still be intact, and all the pieces need to be there if you bought a set.

How to Return:

  1. Start Your Return: Visit our return portal down below and fill out the form. We’ll email you back with what to do next.
  2. Pack Them Up: Put the extensions back in their original package.
  3. Send Them Back: You’ll need to cover the cost of sending them back to us. Once we get them, we’ll check them out and process your return.

International Orders:

We're happy to accept returns for international orders too! Just keep in mind, you'll need to take care of the return shipping costs and any customs fees that might come up when sending items back.
