Return Window
You may return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
-The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
-The item's original seal must remain unbroken.
-Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged or if the original packaging and/or seal is broken.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without these precautions.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
Final Sale Items
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on final sale items.
All our products are eligible for return for a full refund, given they meet the above conditions.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your return.
